What You'll Do
Work directly with customers and provide a positive, professional experience- Assist customers with questions about products, services, and account options
- Learn how to represent and support client accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
