As a key representative of our firm, you will be the first point of contact for clients and event attendees—ensuring smooth communication, positive engagement, and seamless event operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, providing accurate and timely information
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Assist event attendees with registration, scheduling, event details, and general support
  • Deliver a welcoming, energetic, and professional experience at live events
  • Quickly address and resolve customer concerns to ensure smooth event execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and problem resolution
  • Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide real-time updates regarding event schedules, changes, and important information
