Position Title:
Logistics Account Manager 

Position Summary

The Logistics Account Manager owns the day-to-day experience of our customers and plays a critical role in retention and expansion. This role ensures consistent execution, creates proactive visibility, and identifies opportunities to grow within existing partnerships. Success in this role means delivering an experience that makes customers want to stay and do more with us.

Key Responsibilities

·         Own and execute the day-to-day customer experience across a defined portfolio

·         Create proactive communication and visibility before it is asked for

·         Identify and act on opportunities to expand within existing accounts

·         Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment between what is sold and how it is delivered

·         Monitor account health, trends, and risks, and take action early

·         Resolve issues with urgency and accountability

·         Maintain accurate CRM updates and contribute to forecasting

·         Identify patterns and opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

·         1–3 years in customer-facing or account support roles

·         Strong communication and organizational skills

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

·         High accountability and ownership mindset
