Johnson Brothers Ford is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable professional to join our Service Department in a Customer Service & Administrative Support role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. You'll play an important role in supporting our Service Department's daily operations while ensuring customers receive a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions and service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer requests.
• Assist with cashiering, processing customer transactions, and daily deposit reconciliation.
• Support the loaner vehicle check-in and check-out process.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, scanning documents, communicating with vendors, and corresponding with customers.
• Assist other Service Department team members during peak business hours or staffing absences.
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service while supporting a positive and professional work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, courteous telephone manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to support fellow team members.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
