Temporary Customer Service Associate

LaSalle Network has partnered with a client, that is a well-established consumer products company known for creating innovative, family-focused products that have been trusted by generations. They are actively seeking a Temporary Customer Service Associate With a strong reputation for quality, customer experience, and product innovation, they offer a collaborative environment where employees play an important role in supporting customers and maintaining brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-service customer support via phone, email, fax, mail, online inquiries, and occasional in-person interactions
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls related to orders, warranties, product assembly, shipping updates, and product information
  • Resolve escalated or complex customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot product and service issues using internal tools, resources, and company guidelines
  • Process warranty claims, replacement orders, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and share feedback with internal teams to help improve processes and customer experience
  • Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general internet navigation
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with strong accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Professional phone presence and strong active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage competing deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
  • High level of integrity, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Compensation: $17–$22/hour; based on experience
