Customer Service Attendant Floater

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant Floater.

This is a full-time position in Opa-Locka, FL, working 1st shift.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Receive and organize deliveries of merchandise, including soft drinks, bakery products, snacks, specialty foods and other foodservice products at client locations.

· Merchandise products according to established standards, ensuring shelves, coolers, vending machines and/or market displays and designated product areas are fully stocked, organized and visually appealing.

· Rotate merchandise and remove expired, damaged or stale products.

· Ensure refrigerated and perishable products are properly stored and maintained.

· Maintain attractive, clean and organized product displays and merchandising areas.

· Monitor product assortment and communicate inventory needs, shortages and customer preferences.

· Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

· Follow all food safety, sanitation and merchandising standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel between various locations using your own personal vehicle (company vehicle and gas card is not provided)
• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
