Salary Range: $41600.00 - $75000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and courteous service to clients seeking information about insurance policies and coverage.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

Policy Updates: Assist clients with updating existing policies and processing changes or renewals as needed.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, changes, and follow-ups in the database.

Communication: Effectively communicate with clients by phone, email, or in person to provide excellent service and support.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive customer service and achieve organizational goals.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance setting.

Licensing: An active insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within a month of employment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and friendliness.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Customer-Focused: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
