Customer Service Representative 

Location: Bessemer, AL (Onsite)
Schedule:Sunday–Thursday| 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to $18.50/hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced operations team in Bessemer, AL. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers, business partners, and drivers via phone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.

• Monitor delivery routes and communicate updates.

• Process delivery order changes and cancellations.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify required documentation.

• Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• One year of related experience, preferably in a call center, is a plus.
