Alera Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Small Business Commercial Insurance team. You'll work alongside experienced Account Managers to support clients, build trusted relationships, and deliver the responsive service that keeps businesses protected.

No insurance experience? No problem! Through our comprehensive training program, you'll gain the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience to build a rewarding career in commercial insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Support Account Managers in servicing small business commercial insurance clients.
  
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
  
• Assist with policy documentation, account updates, and day-to-day service requests.
  
• Maintain accurate client information across multiple systems and insurance carrier websites.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience.
  
• Learn commercial insurance products, processes, and technology through hands-on training.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have 2-5 years of customer service experience and enjoy helping others.
  
• You're a strong communicator who builds positive relationships.
  
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  
• You're proficient in Microsoft Office and confident navigating multiple computer systems.
  
• You're motivated to learn, take initiative, and develop a career in the insurance industry.
  
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  

No prior insurance experience is necessary - we'll provide the training!
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 yearly
