This position will support a large-scale client project to assist with on-street parking, red light, and speed enforcement programs. The Customer Service Representative requires demonstrated understanding of service center support processes and procedures. This is a hybrid position that will report on-site 4 times a month.Responsibilities:* Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance.* Research and analyze inquiries and concerns and communicate the information required for the motorist to take the appropriate action in resolving their situation.* Ability to accurately enter and record interactions with motorists and notes all actions and/or steps completed.* Walk the customer through billing types, charges, and rates.* Direct unresolved/out of scope issues to the next level of support personnel/ the proper department.* Perform clerical duties, such as receiving and sending faxes, filing, and writing work orders.* Provide accurate information on billing types, charges, rates, and municipal requirements.* Notate events and problems and their resolution.Requirements:* 2+ years of experience in customer service and solid understanding of phone and customer service etiquette.* Must learn, adapt, and adjust to frequent script changes and changes in the parking, red light, and speed enforcement program.* Required to report onsite 4 times a month.* Ability to learn client applications and perform general office duties.* Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.* Ability to retain a wealth of information to provide to customers.* Proficiency in English.* Possess basic computer skills.* Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Customer Service Representative role, the hourly rate is $17.00/hr. The pay rate represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting.
