Key responsibilities include scheduling repairs using specialized systems, managing insurance authorizations, preparing repair work packets, and maintaining accurate communication and documentation throughout the process. The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience (preferably in an auto body setting), and a valid driver's license. Prior knowledge of repair management systems and rental management is a plus.
