What You'll Do:
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, chat, email, and online banking interactions
• Assist customers with account inquiries, banking transactions, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Educate customers on banking products, services, and digital banking tools
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience


What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of banking, customer service, or related experience
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused service abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify effective solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Professional, courteous, and dependable work ethic
