Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner.

- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Maintain customer records and update information in our database.

- Proactively identify and address potential customer concerns or needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer service processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred.
