Available Shifts:
1st: 8am-5pm
Monday - Friday
Pay Rate:
$17.00 /hr.

Bright, clean, and climate-controlled office environment.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer's inquires and/or complaints regarding the company's products and/or services.
- Respond to calls on a daily basis, incoming and/or returning.
- Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
- Inform customers of procedures and resolutions of problems.
- Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account of incoming telephone calls.
- Process credit card, check and in-warranty orders over the phone.
- Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquires and process credits if necessary.
- Track packages/shipments through carrier.
- Take initiative and solve customer issues.
Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 480 hours
Requirements:- Previous customer service experience; Call Center experience is a plus
- High school Diploma Required
