Licensed Account Representative – Customer Service
Tempe, AZ | Full-Time | Arizona Property & Casualty License Required
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated
LicensedAccount Representative - Customer Service to join our State Farm Insurance and Financial Services office in Tempe, near ASU at McClintock & Southern.
This role is primarily focused on
serving and building relationships with our existing customers. You'll help customers in person, by phone, and electronically with policy questions, coverage needs, billing, account changes, and other service requests.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes ownership of customer needs, follows through, and works well as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced office.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers in person, by phone, and electronically
- Assist with policy, coverage, billing, and account questions
- Process policy changes and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Help customers understand their coverage and available options
- Identify opportunities to help customers better protect themselves and their families
- Follow up on outstanding customer and policy needs
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Manage multiple customers, calls, and priorities while following through to completion
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent overall customer experience
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Arizona Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional and comfortable working with customers both in person and over the phone
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Comfortable working with computer-based systems and multiple applications
Preferred, but not required:
- Arizona Life & Health Insurance License
- Previous insurance agency or insurance customer service experience
- Customer-facing office experience
