Reports to Director of Sales - Aerospace & Defense. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will use your experience and consultative selling skills to support sales of KTL products and services to your assigned client portfolio. Manage Account relationships with existing GCC/GCC-H accounts. Primary POC to help the client resolve unresolved issues. (i.e., Support, Project completion, billing, etc.) Manage licensing & agreement renewal process. Upsell/Cross-sell other KTL services to clients. Educate clients on all support, licensing, service tools, and critical KTL contacts. Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) accuracy. Tier Categorization Opportunity topic/sub-topic Accurate Client records. Engage the Management/Executive team with critical accounts. Manage new opportunities within an assigned client portfolio. Attending KTL customer events when needed. Travel to customer sites for strategic project planning. |
