Data Analyst - IT Supply Chain Analytics

Duration: 12+ months
Compensation: $50 - 65/hr W2  
Location: Hybrid Brooklyn NY or Plano TX
 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across Workplace Technology programs. This role partners with procurement, suppliers, and technology teams to analyze demand, spend, inventory, and operational performance to drive better business decisions.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Analyze purchasing trends, inventory levels, supplier performance, and costs.
• Build dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize spending, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and planning.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve forecasting and analytics.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in business analytics, demand planning, procurement, supply chain, or operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 3+ years of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar reporting tools.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with Workplace Technology, IT hardware, EUC, or technology procurement.
• SAP, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to forecasting automation or AI-enabled analytics.
