NOW HIRING: DATA ENTRY CLERK
We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk to help maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases
- Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records as needed
- Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate recordkeeping
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus
