Key Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and verify large volumes of data in company databases and CRM systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Generate routine reports and summaries as requested
Assist with data cleanup and database maintenance projects
Communicate with internal teams to verify and clarify information
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
