We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company and client data across multiple systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
Accurately input, update, and verify large volumes of data in company databases and CRM systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Generate routine reports and summaries as requested
Assist with data cleanup and database maintenance projects
Communicate with internal teams to verify and clarify information
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
