Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This includes processing orders, updating customer information, and maintaining databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update customer information in our database

- Process and input orders accurately and in a timely manner

- Verify data accuracy and identify any errors or discrepancies

- Maintain and update various databases and spreadsheets

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and data management

- Keep confidential information secure and adhere to data protection policies

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Knowledge of automotive industry and parts is a plus
