ARC is looking for a talented Data & Insights Analyst II to join our team! In this role, you will independently own standard analysis, dashboards, recurring reporting, and sales operations support. You will support variety of teams including ARC Pay, Revenue Integrity, Customer Engagement (CE), People & Culture, and the Executive Team. The Data & Insights Analyst II will translate business questions into analytical approaches, synthesize findings, and improve recurring metrics and reporting processes. You'll be expected to provide dependable analysis and interpretation to business partners, expand functional and domain knowledge across ARC’s products and teams. You will maintain integrity of customer relationship management tool (CRM) and sales opportunity data; coordinate with business technology departments to enhance CRM.

What You'll Get to Do::

1. Own standard analysis end to end, including requirements gathering, data extraction, validation, dashboard/report development, synthesis of findings, and stakeholder follow-up.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions to meet the needs of the CE Team and enterprise.
3. Build and improve recurring dashboards, key performance indicator reporting, and standardized analyses that help stakeholders monitor performance and identify trends or issues. Routinely present results.
4. Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams on CRM contact information, sales tracking, order processing, contracting and customer support. Resolve customer billing issues with Financial Services.

You'll Bring These Qualifications::

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, statistics, information systems, data science, finance, or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience
• Working to strong proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel
• Ability to own routine analysis, dashboarding, and reporting end to end
• Strong quality assurance mindset and comfort improving metric logic and reporting processes
• CRM admin skills required; Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
• Knowledge of airline or travel agency industries preferred
