A Day in the Life Join our Niche Diagnostics team as a Demand Planner III at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where youll contribute to global healthcare and scientific advancement. In this role, youll develop and manage comprehensive demand forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure excellent customer service. Youll use advanced analytics and planning tools to support strategic decision-making, contributing to our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Working with commercial, operations, and finance teams, youll facilitate demand review processes, analyze market trends, and provide valuable insights to improve forecast accuracy. Youll contribute to new product launches, portfolio management, and sales inventory and operations planning (SIOP) processes. This position offers the opportunity to implement improvement initiatives while developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
This position is fully on-site at our Fremont, CA facility. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $81,800.00-$110,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
