Job Title: Dental Front Desk Business AssociateCompany: Robinwood Dental CenterLocation: Hagerstown, MDJob Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryRobinwood Dental Center is seeking a full-time Front Desk Business Associate to join our welcoming and patient-focused team in Hagerstown, MD.As a Dental Front Office Business Assistant, you will help patients and team members keep the office running smoothly. Your friendly and professional demeanor will help create a positive final impression for each patient visit while supporting lasting patient relationships, return visits, and referrals.Work Schedule• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMKey Responsibilities• Schedule appointments and follow up with patients• Review pre-authorizations with patients• Prepare and review financial contracts with patients• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to maintain an efficient schedule• Perform general office support and administrative tasks• Contribute to a positive patient experience through a calm, caring, and professional demeanor• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operationsQualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required• Previous dental front desk experience preferred but not required• Experience using electronic patient record software• Basic math skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment• Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office technologyCompensation• $18.00 - $23.50 per hour, based on experienceBenefits• Uniforms provided by Robinwood Dental• Health insurance (High Deductible Plans) through CareFirst• Employee and eligible family member dental services• Voluntary AFLAC plans• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Paid Sick Leave• Paid Holidays• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with up to a 4% employer match• Supportive team environment and positive workplace cultureAbout Robinwood Dental CenterSince 2003, Robinwood Dental Center has provided exceptional dental care to patients throughout Western Maryland.
