Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing general dentistry procedures such as crowns, bridges, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care
- Managing a diverse patient caseload across all age groups
- Utilizing advanced digital technology including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, CBCT, and a paperless charting system
- Working efficiently within a team of dedicated dental professionals, including hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk staff
- Committing to excellent patient care in a fast-paced, modern clinic environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Ohio dental license
- Proven experience in general dentistry procedures
- Ability to work efficiently with digital imaging and advanced dental equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to thrive in a busy clinical setting
Nice to Have Skills & Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with implant restorations and emergency dentistry
- Familiarity with digital radiography and intraoral cameras
- Certification in sedation or advanced procedures is a plus
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Prior clinical experience in a fast-paced dental office
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to start as soon as credentialed, ideally by 01/05/2026
- Willing to consider covering travel and lodging expenses for qualified providers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings
