The Desktop IT Technician is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across KDM's corporate network infrastructure. This role supports end-users across both office and manufacturing environments diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and peripherals, managing user accounts, and ensuring IT policies and security standards are consistently followed. The ideal candidate is a calm, service-oriented problem-solver who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical users. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
