TITLE: Development Accounting Specialist


COMPENSATION: Up to $56,000


Ready to break into development accounting and gain hands-on exposure to real estate projects from day one? This is a high-visibility role where your work directly supports project success and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities for the Development Accounting Specialist:
• Process AP/AR transactions, including invoice coding, payments, and reconciliations
• Assist with project budgets, financial reporting, and monthly draw tracking
• Support draw requests and upload funding packages to lenders/equity partners
• Reconcile employee expenses and allocate costs to development projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit documentation


Qualifications for the Development Accounting Specialist:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s a plus)
• 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience (real estate or construction preferred)
• Experience with accounting systems and strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
