DFW Collector

About the role

• We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Route Collector to manage cash collections, ATM servicing, across multiple locations. This role requires strong financial accuracy, accountability, and the ability to manage complex cash movements and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned route locations, including cash collection, ATM replenishment.
• Accurately count, reconcile, and document all funds collected
• Calculate and allocate funds across machines, ATMs, and locations, including third-party fees and revenue splits
• Prepare deposits and maintain precise financial records
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in collections and reporting
• Maintain strict adherence to cash handling, security, and internal controls
• Communicate operational or financial issues to leadership
• Build and maintain professional relationships with location partners
• Stock and fill product in machines
• Ensure machines are clean and in working condition
• Communicate any machine issues or location concerns to the service team

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with gaming, vending, or amusement routes
• Experience handling ATMs or financial equipment
• Familiarity with revenue share models or third-party fee structures

Required

• Proven experience in cash handling, route operations, ATM servicing, or similar role
• Strong math skills and ability to perform real-time calculations and reconciliations
• High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and accountability
• Detail-oriented with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly
• Ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently
• Must be able to work nights and weekends (on-call)
