Pay Rate: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or hotel kitchen required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain accurate logs and production records
• Ability to follow OSHA, infection control, and facility policies
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Job Duties

• Prepare meals for patients, retail dining, and catering services according to approved recipes and production schedules
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen throughout the shift
• Label, store, and rotate food items according to food safety guidelines
• Complete required production logs, temperature records, and other documentation
• Follow all OSHA, infection control, hand hygiene, and facility safety procedures
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures
• Support additional food service and kitchen operations as assigned
• Maintain compliance with facility standards of behavior and required training
