KeyResponsibilities
Prepareandcookmealsaccordingtoestablishedmenus,recipes,andtherapeuticdietguidelines.
Ensurecompliancewithdietaryrestrictions,physicianorders,andfoodsafetystandards.
Maintainproperfoodstorage,sanitation,andinfectioncontrolprocedures.
Monitorfoodquality,freshness,andpresentation.
Maintainaclean,organized,andsafekitchenenvironment.
CollaboratewiththeDietaryManagerandcareteamtosupportresidentsatisfactionandnutritionalneeds.
Qualifications
PreviousDietaryCookexperienceinaSNF,post-acute,rehabilitation,assistedliving,orhealthcareenvironmentpreferred.
Knowledgeoftherapeuticdiets,texture-modifieddiets,andfoodsafetyregulations.
AbilitytoworkscheduledAMandPMshifts.
ServSafeCertificationpreferred.
Strongattendance,reliability,andteamworkskills.
