Newmark OS combines the capabilities of a management and operations consulting firm with real estate advisory and corporate real estate delivery services, implementing recommendations through a centralized and scalable approach.

We are seeking a Solutions Director to support major real estate advisory solutions and brokerage pursuits by developing strategic, client-focused occupier solutions across Newmark's service platform. This role will be within the Client Solutions Organization as part of are Solutions Team directly supporting VP of Sales & Solutions and partnering closely with market leaders, producers, subject matter experts, and pursuit teams to shape compelling, integrated solutions for complex occupier assignments. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of occupier services, proposal strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise pursuit support, while helping enhance Newmark's ability to win and expand high-value client relationships.
