You'll lead the transformation of how HR works at LaserAway owning the UKG Pro implementation, building the automation and analytics capabilities that scale with 200+ clinics, and running the HR Operations function that keeps the employee lifecycle running cleanly every day.

HR is in an active transformation migrating from ADP to UKG Pro, redesigning core processes, and building the analytical and automation infrastructure to support the company's next stage of scale.

What You'll Own

Four interconnected areas: the end-to-end UKG Pro implementation (from design through go-live and stabilization), HR process optimization and AI enablement, analytics and reporting for HR and executive audiences, and day-to-day HR Operations leadership across onboarding, offboarding, employee data, and frontline HR support.

This is a hands-on transformation role. You'll own the project plan, drive the vendor relationship, configure systems, build the dashboards, and lead the team not delegate the details. The right candidate has personally delivered a full-cycle UKG Pro implementation and knows what it takes to land a complex migration in a multi-state, high-volume environment.

Who Thrives Here

• 8+ years of progressive HRIS and HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• At least one full-cycle UKG Pro implementation delivered in a lead role from design through go-live and stabilization is required
• Proven track record of process optimization, automation, and transformation in a scaling, multi-state environment
• Experience evaluating and deploying AI and workflow automation tools in an HR or shared services context
• Strong analytical skills you build dashboards and translate data into clear narratives for executive audiences
• Experience migrating from ADP or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred
• Multi-state, high-volume hourly workforce experience preferred healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or hospitality environments a plus
