If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enterprise Platform & Domain Leadership
Provide enterprise level leadership and subject matter direction for asset intelligence platforms supporting network, security, and infrastructure functions
Own the strategic application of asset intelligence capabilities to advance enterprise objectives related to asset visibility, technology risk awareness, and data reliability
Establish authoritative understanding of how asset intelligence data is generated, normalized, correlated, and consumed across large scale, heterogeneous network environments
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology and security stakeholders on asset intelligence strategy, limitations, and opportunities
Enterprise Networking & Signal Interpretation
Apply deep understanding of enterprise network architectures, communication patterns, and device behaviors to improve asset discovery outcomes
Guide interpretation of network based telemetry, signals, and traffic patterns to inform accurate asset identification, classification, and behavioral analysis
Influence standards for how network signals are leveraged to support reliable asset visibility across on prem, cloud, IoT, and OT environments
Asset Discovery Strategy & Data Quality Governance
Provide strategic oversight for enterprise asset discovery, validation, and data quality initiatives
Establish frameworks and success criteria for assessing asset completeness, accuracy, lineage, and freshness
Identify systemic data quality risks (e.g., duplication, misclassification, attribution gaps) and drive corrective action through cross functional alignment
Champion enterprise trust in asset intelligence as a foundational data source for security, infrastructure, and operational decision making
Integration Strategy & Cross Functional Alignment
Lead alignment between asset intelligence platforms and broader enterprise systems, including CMDBs, vulnerability platforms, and network monitoring tools
Partner with network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and platform leadership to ensure asset intelligence supports business, regulatory, and operational priorities
Translate complex technical findings into clear, executive level insights and recommendations
Operational Oversight & Strategic Problem Solving
Direct structured analysis of asset visibility gaps, discovery limitations, and systemic data discrepancies
Provide escalation leadership for complex, cross domain asset intelligence issues affecting enterprise risk or operational outcomes
Ensure disciplined execution of operational processes, documentation standards, and control adherence within regulated enterprise environments
Governance, Risk & Audit Enablement
Establish and oversee documentation practices that support governance, audit readiness, and regulatory defensibility
Define and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices for asset discovery and network visibility across the enterprise
Support technology risk management and compliance activities by providing fact based, defensible asset intelligence insights
Leadership & Professional Effectiveness
Operate with executive presence, accountability, and sound judgment in complex, high impact environments
Influence outcomes across teams and organizations without direct authority
Align platform initiatives and day to day execution with broader enterprise strategies, priorities, and risk posture
Functional Competencies - ARMIS Network Asset Intelligence
ARMIS Platform Leadership
Deep, hands on expertise administering and operating the ARMIS Asset Intelligence Platform at enterprise scale
Authoritative understanding of ARMIS discovery methods, data ingestion pipelines, telemetry sources, and correlation logic
Ability to assess and govern ARMIS data quality across network, IT, security, and operational domains
Experience enabling enterprise use cases including unmanaged device discovery, exposure analysis, and risk visibility
Enterprise Networking Expertise
Advanced knowledge of enterprise network architectures including LAN, WAN, WLAN, data centers, and hybrid environments
Solid command of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and segmentation strategies
Proven ability to interpret network traffic and device behavior to guide asset intelligence accuracy
Experience with diverse network connected devices including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, IoT, and OT systems
Asset Discovery & Data Quality Leadership
Expertise in validating discovery outputs against enterprise inventories and authoritative data sources
Proven capability identifying systemic gaps, duplicates, misclassifications, and stale data at scale
Experience leading or governing data quality initiatives to improve asset trustworthiness and enterprise confidence
Solid attention to asset attribution, ownership, location, and integration mappings
Integration & Enterprise Collaboration
Experience aligning ARMIS outputs with enterprise consumers across infrastructure, security, and operations
Understanding of ARMIS integrations with CMDBs, vulnerability scanners, and monitoring platforms
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Demonstrated success driving cross functional initiatives related to asset intelligence and risk visibility
Operational Oversight & Advanced Troubleshooting
Proven ability to lead investigation of complex discovery failures, data inconsistencies, and visibility gaps
Experience determining root causes across network configuration, sensor coverage, and integration design
Oversight of operational runbooks, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Comfort operating within regulated, security sensitive enterprise environments
Documentation, Governance & Risk Support
Solid ability to produce executive grade documentation capturing findings, assumptions, and outcomes
Experience establishing standards and best practices for asset discovery and network visibility
Supports audit, risk, and compliance functions with defensible, evidence based ARMIS insights
Executive & Analytical Effectiveness
Strategic analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insight
Demonstrates accountability, consistency, and discipline in enterprise critical data stewardship
Effective leader who can operate independently while aligning with enterprise wide programs and objectives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
