Director of Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of R&D cross-functional leadership developing complex products like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, pumps, Calibration tools.
• Accomplished at scaling matrixed teams. (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware)
• Lead new product development and managing supplier/ODM partnerships.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative  product development, process optimization, and accountability
• Define and execute the long-term engineering and technical strategies
• Build organizational capacity and technical depth to deliver sustainable pipelines of products.
• Manage budgets, resources, processes, metrics and strategic priorities across simultaneous programs.
• Strengthen relationships with ODMs and strategic suppliers to expand innovation capacity and accelerate time-to-market.
• Develop and oversee the R&D budget
