Director of Human Resources

KS Bank is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources who brings strong HR expertise, practical business judgment, and the ability to turn organizational goals into action. In this role, you will lead the full HR function for a bank of approximately 100 employees. You will work directly with executive leadership, develop the HR team, and help managers become more effective people leaders. Your perspective and recommendations will help guide decisions about talent, organizational structure, employee development, and performance.
