Responsibilities

• Recruit and attract top sales talent to the team.
• Coach sales professionals, provide training, and hold them accountable for results.
• Build expertise in mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership.
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, partner calls, and leadership development.
• Master PLACE technology and implement its talent-attraction systems.
• Grow personally through prospecting and client consulting while managing marketing campaigns.
• Oversee contract negotiations and ensure the team maximizes database and lead opportunities.

Qualifications

You are a natural leader with a strong track record of success in real estate sales. Your passion is helping others achieve their goals through coaching and mentoring. In addition to growing talent, you have the ability to attract talent to limitless opportunities. You are on a path to be the CEO.

• 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Must have active Real Estate license
