The Director of Student Medical Center (Medical Services Director) leads the day-to-day clinical operations of Medical Services within the Health and Counseling Center (HCC), providing direct care, staff supervision, and oversight of medical programs and regulatory compliance. The Director also manages efforts to integrate medical and counseling services, including coordinated care, shared protocols, and aligned service delivery, to support an integrated, holistic model of student health at the HCC.
The position reports to the Associate Dean of Students for Health and Well-being, and primarily works on campus, interfacing with students, student families, faculty, and staff.

The starting salary for this position is $120,000-125,000. Pay offers are contingent upon experience and are determined through an internal pay assessment. This is an exempt position in grade 10.
