About the Role:
Fork & Knife LLC in Flemington, NJ is looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher/Buss Person to join our team! This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps our dining room and kitchen running smoothly. If you take pride in a clean, organized workspace and love being part of a great restaurant team, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
• Assist servers and kitchen staff during high-volume service periods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, kitchen floors, and back-of-house areas
• Restock supplies such as clean dishes, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment under pressure
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
