About the role
The Dishwasher position is a support role within the Culinary Team. Their primary responsibility is to
maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, adhering to all protocols for the sanitization of
caféwares.
What you'll do
Sanitize the caféwares and kitchen utensils following all sanitization guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station.
Transport trash/refuse to appropriate bins both inside and outside of building.
Handle café wares with care.
Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.
Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
Communicate clearly and effectively
Qualifications
Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
Availability for nights and weekends.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
