Dishwasher

The Dishwasher ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware for the dining room and cleans all cooking utensils, pots, and pans for the kitchen staff.The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and previous experience is preferred. He or she must be committed to the customers, reliable to his or her co-workers, and be a self-motivated, organized, and detailed individual.Please note:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware, utensils, and glassware to stock the dining areas and set tables
• Ensures a proper supply of clean pots, pans, and cooking/serving utensils are available for kitchen staff
• Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
