THE ROLE

Dishwashers at Tatte are passionate about food and genuine hospitality and work together as a team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Tatte standards, ensuring the highest quality experience for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Properly operate, clean, and maintain the dish machine
• Keep a clean and organized supply of dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils throughout each shift
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and dish area
• Assist the kitchen team wherever needed while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• Passion for great food with a keen eye for freshness, quality, and cleanliness
• Commitment to living Tatte's core values and delivering exceptional hospitality
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to grasp and reach overhead
• Ability to lift, move, and carry 50 pounds or more
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8 or more hours per shift
