District Manager 2

Lead a high-impact portfolio of ~20 Corporate Services accounts across Southern & Central Florida. As District Manager, you'll drive operational excellence, fuel growth, and build trusted client partnerships in a dynamic market.

Oversee budgets, financial performance, quarterly business reviews, RFPs, and key projects while leading a team of 18+ salaried managers. You'll influence strategy, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable results.

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you'll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $123210 - $156860

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
