Basic Job Functions:

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for driving profitable sales growth within an assigned territory by developing strong customerrelationships, identifying market opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. The DSM works closely with customers, dealers, contractors,and internal teams to promote company products and services, increase market share, and achieve sales objectives.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience or successful completion of Nucor's DDSM program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technical or related field
• Steel and insulated panel experience
• Insulated metal panel sales experience
