Seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team in the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities include developing and executing district and account plans aligned with brand strategy, coaching sales reps, managing performance, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with promotional activities and budgets.
