District Sales Manager (NE)

OverviewWe are working with a metal building manufacturer seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to drive growth throughout the New England region. This organization operates in both traditional pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel systems, serving a diverse customer base across commercial, industrial, retail, institutional, and self-storage markets. This is an opportunity to join a growing company where decisions are made quickly, leadership is accessible, and experienced sales professionals have the autonomy to manage and grow their territories.Responsibilities• Develop and expand sales throughout the assigned territory• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, builders, erectors, and end users• Identify and pursue new project opportunities• Guide customers through the sales process from concept through project award• Work closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver successful projects• Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade showsMarkets Served• Self-Storage Facilities• Commercial Buildings• Retail Projects• Educational Facilities• Industrial Buildings• Sports & Recreation Facilities• GC ProjectsQualifications• Direct PEMB sales experience required• Existing relationships within the metal building industry• Proven ability to generate and close business• Strong understanding of the metal building sales process• Self-motivated and capable of managing a territory independently• Ability to contribute quickly with minimal trainingCompensationCompetitive base salary plus commission. Compensation will be structured around experience, territory knowledge, industry relationships, and demonstrated production history.
