Employer Services Account Representative – Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

The Employer Services team is looking for that person who loves building relationships with others and providing them with outstanding service and assistance via the telephone, email and in writing.

What you’ll do

Our ES Account Representatives are the front lines for our employers, taking their calls when issues arise. They build a strong rapport with the employers to resolve their questions. The ES Account Representatives perform thorough research and in-depth analysis and then provide recommendations for correcting issues. In this role, you would be helping with topics such as membership, earnable salary, billing discrepancies, delinquencies, and reporting errors.

  What you’ll bring

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an associate’s degree being preferred
• At least two years of experience in providing strong customer service to external and/or internal customers
• Have an aptitude for understanding financial information
• Strong research and analytical skills
• The ability to take initiative and be self-directed in your work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able and willing to think outside the box
