Position OverviewThe Engineer II – Civil performs engineering assignments that will build professional knowledge and technical capability, applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to complete a sequence of related tasks. This individual applies basic judgment in selecting and applying established methods for conventional work, seeking guidance on more complex issues. They develop foundational skills within a specific practice area while contributing to broader project efforts.
