Job Responsibilities
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
- Learn how to guide conversations and recommend business solutions that add real value
- Get hands-on exposure to the full sales process — from first conversation to close
- Participate in daily coaching and skill-building sessions with experienced sales leaders
- Use CRM tools to stay organized, track progress, and build good sales habits
- Work closely with a driven, team-oriented group that supports growth and celebrates wins
