Job Responsibilities
Entry-Level Retail Customer Service Agent – Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and store information.
Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or through email.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Help customers locate products and provide recommendations when needed.
