What You'll Do

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Help set up event spaces, displays, promotional materials, and branded equipment.
• Welcome attendees and help create a friendly, professional event environment.
• Support the event marketing team with day-to-day activities.
• Help distribute approved promotional materials and share campaign information.
• Communicate with team members to ensure activities run smoothly.
• Maintain organized and presentable event spaces.
• Follow event procedures, brand guidelines, and safety instructions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
